'One Million Wallets Etherpunk 2021' Winners Announced

Mar 5, 2021

Covalent, along with our ecosystem partners Polygon (previously Matic), is delighted to announce the winners of #OneMillionWallets EtherPunk 2021 - a hackathon organized by India’s largest developer community, Devfolio.

#OneMillionWallets is designed to celebrate the creativity and diversity of digital asset wallet applications built on Polygon and powered by the Covalent API. Lasting impressions were made on both sides. Firstly, it goes without saying both Covalent and Polygon were astonished and impressed with both the quality of the submissions and the innovation in which developers displayed. Meanwhile, on the developer front, one participant had the following comment to make on the Covalent API:

The simplicity of pre-built functionality provided by Covalent APIs allow developers to build at lightning speed.

One Million Wallets is fundamentally about educating the community on how to access and analyze disorganized and complex blockchain data through a ‘Proof-of-Education’ campaign.

Outlined below are all of the winners. Congratulations to every one of you.

About Covalent

Covalent leverages big-data technologies to create meaning from hundreds of billions of data points, delivering actionable insights to investors and allowing developers to allocate resources to higher-utility goals within their organization. Instead of pain-stakingly sourcing data from a small handful of chains, Covalent aggregates information from across dozens of sources including nodes, chains and data feeds. The Covalent API then sources end users with individualized data by wallet, including current and historical investment performance across all types of digital assets. Most importantly, Covalent returns this data in a rapid and consistent manner, incorporating all relevant data within one API interface.
